TWU Summer Camps

2023 Tucker's Basketball Camps

Tennessee Wesleyan University is hosting the annual Tucker's Basketball Camps for boys and girls from kindergarten through the 12th grade.

The main skills camp will take place June 26-29, 2023 and the shooting camp will take place on July 3-5, 2023. Both camps take place daily from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Campers will receive a T-shirt at both camps. There will be an awards ceremony on Thursday at the Individual Skills Camp at 11:00 a.m.

Activities in both camps include ball-handling drills, dribbling drills, shooting instruction, offense and defense instruction, contests, 5-on-5 play, 3-on-3 play, and 1-on-1 play.

Cost of the Individual Skills camp is $60, and the cost of the shooting camp is $45. The camp fee and signed form may be brought to the first day of the camp, or the check and form can be mailed to Coach David Tucker, P.O. Box 26, Calhoun, TN 37309.

Sign up for camp can be done on the day of camp.


 

Bulldogs Baseball Kids Camp

Description

Campers will enjoy practice sessions centered around different skill sets and scrimmage games throughout the day. The 2021 Bulldog Summer Youth Camps are a great opportunity to learn from one of the best NAIA College programs in the nation.

All Tennessee Wesleyan Showcases are open to any and all applicants and are limited only by the number of slots available per camp and the age, grade level, and/or gender of the participant.

Parents drop off and pick up will be in the parking lot on the first base sign on Coach Farmer Lane.

Check-In

Check-Ins will start at 8:15 am on Monday. the following days report to the field at 8:45 AM.

Equipment To Bring

Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete.

Meals

No meals will be provided.

Accommodations

This is not an “overnight” camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations. Drinks will be sold at the concession throughout the day.

 

Waiver Information

You will be responsible to complete and bring a copy of our waiver form to check in on your first day of camp. Download Waiver Form The waiver will also be attached to your confirmation email.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. The credit is valid for one year from camp date at any of our camps, clinics or prospect events. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends and good toward a future camp.
