No. 1 Seed Men's Tennis Wins AAC Tournament Opener

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.- The men's tennis team opened play in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Tennis Championship Tournament on Thursday. As the 2025 AAC Regular Season Champions, the Bulldogs were the No. 1 seed, slotting their opponent as the No. 8 seeded Columbia College Koalas. Tournament play is a first-to-clinch format, meaning the team to score four points wins the match. In this instance, TWU was the first team to four points in a 4-0 win. The tournament is being played at the Champions Club in Chattanooga, Tenn.

ATHENS, Tenn.- The softball team swept the St. Andrews University Lady Knights on Tuesday. Tennessee Wesleyan won both Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) games via the run rule, winning game one 11-0 and game two 12-0, each in five innings.

Women's Lacrosse Defeats Truett McConnell for Third Straight Win

CLEVELAND, Ga.- The women's lacrosse team played their final Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) game of the season on Wednesday. TWU scored over 20 goals in their third straight game, beating the Truett McConnell University Lady Bears 23-5 to win their third consecutive game.

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky.- The baseball team faced a ranked opponent on the road this afternoon. A late rally by the ninth-ranked University of the Cumberlands Patriots sunk the fifth-ranked Bulldogs as they fell 12-10.

ATLANTA, Ga.- The men's outdoor track and field team was back in Atlanta, Ga., on Saturday for the Emory Dooley Elite Meet. KT Buchanan, Jay Ellis, Roni Bailey, Dani Meisen, Tyler Bowers, Jack Headrick, Braden Huyhn, Caleb Greene, Conner Craig, Armoni Hicks, Lukas Henson, and Tyson Thompson all recorded top-ten finishes in their events.
