LEWISTON, Idaho- The red banner is coming back to Athens for the third time as the baseball team won the 69th Avista NAIA World Series 21-3 on Saturday. The team recorded the largest margin victory in World Series history against No. 1 seed Taylor University.

The eighth-seeded Bulldogs extracted some revenge in the win, beating the team that beat them on Monday, No. 9 seed Indiana University Southeast Grenadiers, 10-3.

LEWISTON, Idaho- For the ninth time in program history, and the third consecutive season, the baseball team is playing in the Avista NAIA World Series. Tennessee Wesleyan earned the honor after winning the 2026 NAIA Opening Round Kingsport Bracket, their ninth Opening Round Championship. The World Series is set to be played May 22-30 at Harris Field in Lewiston, Idaho. Last season, the Bulldogs finished in the final five. TWU has left Lewiston with a national championship trophy twice, once in 2012 and once in 2019. This is the 69th edition of the Avista NAIA World Series.
Men's Outdoor Track and Field Sends Four to NAIA National Championship Meet

KINGSPORT, Tenn.- The second-seeded baseball team sat in a good position entering Wednesday's game against No. 1 seed Webber International University at the NAIA Opening Round Kingsport Bracket. The team won the winner's portion of the bracket to make it where they had to lose twice to not win their ninth Opening Round Title. Losing never entered the equation, though, as the Bulldogs controlled the championship game throughout, winning by a final score of 9-1 to earn a trip to the program's ninth overall and third straight Avista NAIA World Series.
