Hardardottir Wins AAC Weekly Award for Fourth Time

WALESKA, Ga.- Krista Eik Hardardottir was named the Offensive Player of the Week by the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) for the fourth time on Monday. The award is based on her performance from the week of Oct. 21-27.

In helping the team win two games, the senior collected 12 points in two AAC games. In the first game of the week against Reinhardt University, the forward scored the only goal of the game in the 85th minute on a free kick. The Husavik, Iceland scored four more goals and added two assists in the team's 12-0 win against St. Andrews University. 

This is the fourth weekly award for Hardardottir. The next edition of the weekly awards will be announced on Monday, Nov. 4.
