Kevin Cardona is beginning his first year as a graduate assistant for the men's soccer program in 2019.

Raised in Athens, Tenn., Cardona graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan in 2015 with a double major in Exercise Science and Sports Management. While a student, Cardona played three seasons with the Bulldogs before joining the coaching staff as a student assistant under former head coach Stephen Lyons.

Cardona currently holds a USSF D License. Has worked with local youth programs such as McMinn United Futbol Club and currently also works with Knoxville Futbol Club.

During his youth soccer career, Cardona played with Knoxville Futbol Club winning a state and premier league title. Cardona is a former teammate of current head coach Luke Winter.

Cardona is working towards earning a Master’s in Business Administration.
