Women's Golf Finishes Fifth at AAC Direct Qualifier

ACWORTH, Ga.- The women's golf team played for a conference championship on Monday and Tuesday. Along with the chance at a championship, the team was also playing for an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championship Tournament at the AAC Direct Qualifier. The tournament was played at Governor's Towne Club in Acworth, Ga. The tournament consisted of three rounds.

The team traveled to play in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Fall Preview. The event, which is used as a preview for the tournament in the spring to determine a conference champion and a direct qualifier to the national tournament, was played at the Windermere Club.
