Men's Track and Field Excel at Kennesaw State Invitational

KENNESAW, Ga.- The men's outdoor track and field team returned to action at the Kennesaw State Invitational on Friday. 

As the team continues to build towards the conference championship meet and the national championship meet, the team saw a number of top 15 finishes in multiple events.

Finishing in the top 15 of events were:

• Chris Harper: 100m Dash; 13th
• Tyler Bowers: 800m- 1:59.30; 14th
• Stephen Kerley: 800m- 2:00.32; 15th
• Caleb Greene: 10,000m- 33:28.70; 13th
• Mack Alas: 1500m- 4:08.07; 8th
• Eli Cox: 1500m- 4:09.50; 11th
• Zane Marlow: 4:10.70; 12th
• Adrian Neika-Hernandez: 5000m- 16:46.05; 11th
• Jack Headrick: 5000m- 16:53.45; 12th
• Conner Craig: 5000m- 17:17.78; 13th
• Dontae Campbell: 110m Hurdles- 17.77; 14th
• 4x100m Relay Team (Harper, Fedjy Calixte, Jeremiah Johnson, Roni Bailey): 43.29; 6th
• 4x400m Relay Team (Bailey, Kerley, Michael Fuchs, Bowers): 3:33.88l; 11th
• Calixte- Long Jump- 6.78m; 4th
• Tyson Thompson: Javelin- 46.28m; 11th

For their next meet, the team goes back to Lee University to compete at the Fastbreak Invitational. The meet is set for Friday and Saturday.
