AAC Names Satterfield Women's Golfer of the Week

WALESKA, Ga.- The ninth edition of the women's golf weekly award of the 2023-24 season was announced by the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) on Monday. In the second edition of the award in the spring season, Morgan Satterfield was named the Women's Golfer of the Week.

A third-place finish at the Pfeiffer Spring Invitational helped Satterfield take home the weekly award. In two rounds of play, the senior shot 78 and 77. The two rounds gave the Seymour, Tenn., native a tournament total of 155, putting her 11-over par.

This is the first weekly award for Satterfield. The next edition of the award will be announced on Monday, March 18.
