Goss Wins AAC Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week Award

Waleska, Ga.- The fifth and final edition of the Outdoor Women's Track and Field weekly awards was announced by the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) on Monday. Aniecia Goss was named the Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week.

Goss took home the award based on her performance at the Maryville Scot Invitational. The sophomore finished first in the Women's Triple Jump at the meet with a jump of 11.69m, an NAIA "B" Standard. The Maryville, Tenn., native also finished second in the Women's Long Jump with a mark of 5.57m.

This is the first weekly award for Goss.
