Bolin Collects 1,000th Career Assist During 2023 Season

ATHENS, Tenn.- The volleyball team saw a student-athlete join an exclusive list during the 2023 season. Olivia Bolin became the newest member of the 1,000 career assist club during the 2023 season.

The setter entered the season with 845 assists through her first two seasons of play, including a career-high 528 assists during her freshman season in 2021. The junior hit the 1,000 career mark with her third assist in the home match against the University of Pikeville on September 26. The Blaine, Tenn., native finished the 2023 season with a team-high 365 assists. Bolin currently sits with 1,210 assists through three seasons at Tennessee Wesleyan.

Bolin is the first volleyball student-athlete to accumulate 1,000 career assists since 2018.
