10 Winter Sport Student-Athletes Earn Daktronic NAIA Scholar-Athlete Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo.- The NAIA released the 2025 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes for winter sports. This honor recognizes student-athletes in each of the winter sports who have excelled academically in men's and women's basketball and men's and women's bowling. Tennessee Wesleyan had 10 student-athletes across the four sports earn the honor.

To be nominated, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have been at the institution for one full academic year.

The student-athletes to be named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes were:

Abigail Key- Women's Bowling

Alexis Bates- Women's Basketball  

Anna Crowder- Women's Basketball

Ariana Harvey- Women's Bowling

Devean Littlejohn- Men's Bowling

Ella Crowder- Women's Basketball  

Jaci Powell- Women's Basketball  

Peyton West- Men's Basketball

Sierra Bates- Women's Basketball
