Baseball Finishes Season Ranked No. 5 in NAIA Postseason Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo.- The national office released the final poll of the 2025 baseball season on Wednesday. After finishing in the quarterfinals of the World Series as one of the final five teams, the Bulldogs were ranked No. 5 in the postseason edition of the 2025 NAIA Baseball Coaches' Top 25 Poll.

The rating was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences. The Top 25 is determined by a points system based on how each rater ranks the best teams. A team receives 30 points for each first-place vote, 29 for second-place, and so on through the list.

Tennessee Wesleyan garnered 365 voting points in the poll. The team was the highest-rated team from the Appalachian Athletic Conference in the poll. The Bulldogs faced 12 teams that were either ranked in the poll or receiving votes during the 2025 season.

TWU finished the 2025 season with a 48-14 record, their fifth straight season with 40 or more wins.

This is the 45th consecutive poll the team has been ranked in.
