Men's Golf Opens Spring Season at 2025 Ram Spring Invite

MOBILE, Ala.- The men's golf team played the first tournament of their spring season on Monday and Tuesday. The team played at the 2025 Ram Spring Invite at the RTJ Golf Trail at Magnolia Grove. The tournament consisted of three rounds. 

Dalton Sutton led the way with an 11th-place finish, totaling 216 after rounds of 72, 76, and 68. Owen Kreuger, playing as an individual finished tied for 23rd with a score of 226 after rounds of 78, 80, and 68. A score of 229 tied JT McKenzie (81, 71, 77) and Josh Loveday (74, 78, 77) in 28th while Jacob Parton was tied for 32nd with a total of 231 after rounds of 75, 78, and 78. Cody Skipper finished the tournament with a total score of 247 after scores of 93, 82, and 72 to finish in 45th place.

As a team, the Bulldogs finished seventh after the three rounds. The team shot 302, 303, and 394 for a three-round total of 899. 

Up next for TWU is the Carey Collegiate on March 10-11.
