Sutton Wins Weekly Award

WALESKA, Ga.- Dalton Sutton was named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Golfer of the Week on Monday. This was the second time this season Sutton took home the weekly award. 

Sutton took home the eighth edition of the award based on his play at the University of Northwestern Ohio 2025 Spring Invite. The senior finished tied for first after three rounds of regulation, shooting 75, 71, and 76 to have a total score of 222. The Cleveland, Tenn., native would finish second though after falling in the first playoff hole. Sutton helped the team finish second overall in the tournament.

This is the second weekly award for Sutton. The next edition of the award will be announced on Monday, April 28.
