Hardardottir Wins AAC Weekly Award

WALESKA, Ga.- The weekly awards for women's soccer were announced by the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) on Monday. In the 11th and final edition of the award, Krista Eik Hardardottir was named the Offensive Player of the Week.

The Husavik, Iceland native earned the award based on her play in the team's opening game of the AAC Tournament. In the game against Milligan University, the junior had a hat trick, her fifth of the season, and added an assist to aid in four of the team's five goals. The hat trick represents her seventh multi-goal game of the 2023 season. 

This is the first weekly award for Hardardottir.
