Hardardottir Joins 100-Point Club in 2023 Season

ATHENS, Tenn.- A new member of the 100 career point club was added to the history list for women's soccer during the 2023 season. Krista Eik Hardardottir inked her name as the newest member of exclusive list this past season. Points take into consideration goals and assists, awarding two points per goal and one point per assist. 

The forward entered the 2023 season with 60 career points, including a 2022 season which saw Hardardottir score 21 goals and add four assists for 46 points. The junior hit the 100-point mark after scoring a second goal against St. Andrews University on October 29. The Husavik, Iceland native finished with a hat trick in the game, a feat she accomplished five times this past season. Hardardottir sits at 113 career points through the 2023 season.

Hardardottir is the first women's soccer student-athlete to join the list of 100-point players.
