
Women's Outdoor Track and Field Finish 10th at Lee Fast Break Athletics Invitational
CLEVELAND, Tenn.- The women's outdoor track and field team ran in their final meet of the regular season on Friday and Saturday. The team competed at the Lee Fast Break Athletics Invitational.
TWU had nine top-ten finishes in the meet. Sheridan Cruz, Grace Clemens, Mckenna Hubbard, Samantha DeGrace, Chloe Dailey, Jakara Tobler, and the 4x100m Relay Team.
Cruz finished sixth in the Triple Jump with a mark of 10.41m.
In the Long Jump, Clemens hit a mark of 5.38m to finish fourth while Hubbard was 10th with a mark of 4.77m.
DeGrace had a top-ten finish in the High Jump and 100m Hurdles. In the High Jump, she hit a mark of 1.61m to finish fifth. In the 100m Hurdles, a time of 14.32 gave her third place.
Dailey also finished in the top ten of the High Jump, leaping 1.45m to finish in fifth place.
Tobler was ninth in the 400m Race with a time of 1:02.87.
A time of 25.47 gave Clemens a second top-ten finish, placing her ninth in the 200m Dash.
The 4x100m Relay Team, ran by Clemens, Ann Moses, Hubbard, and DeGrace, finished in fourth place with a time of 49.30.

Cruz- 4.27m, 12th
The next meet for Tennessee Wesleyan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championships. The meet is set for Thursday-Saturday in Johnson City, Tenn.
